Wonderful service. On holiday from Wiltshire when exhaust went on my vehicle. Call vere road garage and they couldn't have been more helpful. They ordered the parts fitted me in and had me back on the road in no time at all. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for good service in a crisis. They saved our holiday. Thank you again.
Amazing! We are visiting on holiday and our rear brakes started grinding, this was getting worse as a few days went on. Called the garage on Tuesday and he said he would order the parts ready and to bring in for 8.30am Wednesday. We went off and had a walk around and breakfast and collected at 10.30! John not only gave exceptional service, but he couldn't of been more helpful. Reasonable price and quick turnaround so as not to impact our holiday. What a fantastic guy! Thank you so much John we really appreciate it, we cannot recommend this garage enough.

Amazing service when we were in desperate need! When we suddenly turned up, Matthew was kind enough to diagnose the issue with our and car was able to fit us in without booking in. John then carried out the required work on our car meaning we were no longer stranded and could get back to our holiday cottage in the Dales. Thanks very much Matthew and John!
Me and my friend’s family went on a vacation to Barnard Castle when we noticed that the lower bumper/engine cover underneath our Qashqai car had come loose, causing scratching and noise while driving on the village roads. I searched on Google for the nearest garage and found Vere Road Garage. We took the car there and explained the issue. John and Kelly immediately helped us and fixed the problem within 30 minutes, even though we did not have an appointment. When I asked how much I needed to pay, John kindly said there was no charge at all. We were truly impressed by his willingness to help. In the end, we insisted on giving him a small token of appreciation, although he was reluctant to accept it. It is very difficult these days to find such a genuine and helpful garage. I was so impressed with their honesty and kindness that I have decided to take my car there for its next full service and MOT, even though I live near Manchester. I Highly recommended this garage. Thank you, John and Kelly for your service.
Taken my car here twice now and the owner acts like your custom is a nuisance! Very odd. The young lad is chipper though. Have since gone elsewhere locally and had much better experiences.
